She was the first realtor that didn't blow me off (yes, there are some who want to know how much money they will make before they help you) Kajal started sending me possible homes to rent, met with me on my schedule when I could be in town, she is amazing. When I was ready to buy I knew I would call her because she care about your home needs more than the commission. Kajal stayed within my budget and the area I wanted to live in, she never pressured me make a decision and always gave me time to think about the home before I made an offer we spent months looking and I finally found the perfect place. She is very knowledgeable of the South Florida market and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect the resale value of the house. She's also very aware of the fair market price and is really good in negotiations.
